System requirements
UI-Client
To use Online Media Net, you only need an up-to-date web browser, a sufficient internet connection as well as a valid OMN user license/login.

OMN Page Preview Plugin for InDesign
In case you want to create and save InDesign documents that should be managed in OMN, we recommend the installation of our free-of-charge OMN Page Preview Plugin, which creates comprehensive information and high-quality document previews that can be further processed by Online Media Net.

CI HUB Connector
To access assets stored in Online Media Net in the DAM module from various desktop applications, such as Adobe, Microsoft or Google, as well as from your Mac or Windows desktop, we recommend the CI HUB Connector, which requires a license.

AI-Services
To use various AI services for example for translation, textcreation or image processing, an additional license is needed. If you’re interested in one of those, please contact your personal contact person or reach out to us through our contact form.
Login to Online Media Net
To log in to Online Media Net (OMN), enter the system URL you received from us into your favorite browser.
The URL has the following structure: https://CUSTOMER.omn5.com and takes you directly to the login screen.
To log in, simply enter your username and the corresponding password into the respective input field.

When signing in for the first time, you will need to accept the License Agreement: Open the link with the License Agreement and then click the checkbox afterward.
By clicking "Login" you are brought to the home page of OMN if you were able to log in successfully.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the function "Forgot password?". If you have difficulties accessing the home page or the login, please try clearing the cache of your browser before contacting our support.

Clearing the browser cache
In some cases, like after a system update, it can be useful to clear the browser cache.
To find out how, you can check the site of your browser manufacturer, like for example:

Credentials FTP-server
Depending on the package you booked, you will receive credentials for a provided FTP-server to up- and download data to and from OMN, in addition to your OMN credentials.
The credentials may look like this:

You can create directories for the import and export on your FTP-server.
