Introduction

Online Media Net, or OMN for short, is a Product Experience Management platform (PXM) by apollon.

A PXM solution is a software solution supporting a so-called Product Experience Management (PXM), to create and manage appealing and personalized product experiences for customers by supplying product information in the perfect context.
Nowadays, customers expect more product information during the purchasing process than just the price, item name and a small image.

PXM solutions primarily help you to collect, structure, enrich and contextualize all product information - such as marketing information, technical attributes and digital assets, such as images or videos - and to display it via various channels, such as web stores, marketplaces or print media in line with requirements.

In addition to the main modules, there are many extensions in the form of plugins, such as the annotation tool for handling correction processes, as well as numerous integrations, which you can use to access data stored in OMN from different desktop applications, for example.

Numerous AI services for image recognition, keywording, image processing, text generation and translation increase your level of automation and take over many time-consuming tasks.

OMN has an extensive API together with other integration options with which you can connect your existing solutions with Online Media Net if required.

OMN is completely browser-based, based on the Angular Framework from Google and has a user-friendly, intuitive interface with Drag and Drop (DnD) support.

OMN Accelerator is an out-of-the-box version of OMN, a preconfigured platform that combines all the necessary modules and functions for a successful product experience.

The solution not only contains the technical equipment such as PIM, DAM, Channel and Workflow management, but also provides you with the necessary structures (data model):
Predefined classifications to classify products or services directly, including product families, attributes and attribute groups.
Rules can also be defined to optimize the storage and presentation of your product information, as well as various data areas for managing your digital assets.
The predefined structures are flexible so that they can be adapted at any time if required.
The OMN Accelerator offers various industry-specific profiles, for example for the fashion sector.

Basic knowledge of working with a computer and prior knowledge of using a web browser to operate Online Media Net are assumed.
