How to configure Preview generation

Problem

The color of the preview is wrong.

Steps to reproduce

  • PSD-files with layers and clipping path

  • The result file of a AI-Mask-AR process got the wrong color on preview.

    • For every file which returns from Autoretouch with a mask got this issue.

    • In local application like photoshop the color is correct, so it seems it’s an issue with preview generation parameters and imagemagick.

Solution

Activate the "IMUseFlattenedImage" (config > Administration > Previews configuration > Global tab) option and re-generate previews for an image
