The feature was only partially prepared in 6.3. and will only be completed in the next release. The keyword widget in the search therefore behaves in the same way as the previous OMN version

In the first implementation, specializations still have to be created and maintained via the old configuration client. However, they can also be selected in the new configuration client. Table attributes are displayed nested.

The DAM attributes will be further expanded in the coming versions (hierarchy and inheritance visible, specialization management, drag and drop assignments, extended attribute definition options)

Externally managed users (e.g. via Keycloak) are displayed as disabled within the configuration. These users cannot be managed within OMN.

Indirect roles of a user are those roles who are indirectly connected to a user through their assigned group. The assignment of a user to a group must be made via the group in the first implementation.

Users can be activated and deactivated on the system using functions. Activated users are those users who are assigned to a role (indirectly via a group or directly) and can therefore log in to the frontend and those users who have been created as activated. Users who have been created or edited as deactivated and users who have not been assigned a role and therefore cannot log in to the frontend are displayed as deactivated.
