Feature Requests
We are always happy to receive feedback and suggestions from you, which help us to continuously improve Online Media Net and tailor it to your application needs, who work with it every day.
If you have an idea for a new feature or a suggestion for a general improvement that you would like to see in the Online Media Net product, you are welcome to submit a feature Request.
A feature Request is a way to tell us what you would like to see in our product and why it is important to you.
There are several ways to submit a Feature Request:

If you have an Online Media Net support contract with us, you can submit your feature/idea as a ticket in the so-called service-desk (you will receive the link from your personal apollon account manager).

If you do not have a support contract nor access to the service-desk, you can submit your idea directly to our Online Media Net Productmanagement via email.
We will review your feature request and suggestions and let you know if we can implement it or not.
It is planned that you can submit a feature idea directly to us from the help section of the application (Online Media Net Accelerator) in future.
