Flatplan

The Flatplan view provides a graphical page overview of the current status of your advertising material productions. This allows you to see the progress of your graphic production processes at any time and visually. The display in the Flatplan view can be switched between different page statuses and document types. For example, all pure layout PDFs of a chapter can be displayed.

If the functionality is enabled, a user can also use the Flatplan not only to view the production status, but also to advance pending workflow tasks or approve pages. The "Page Approval" function can also be used to check a single page in detail and full screen.
