Camunda Engine support is enabled by default [OMN-9267]

With ticket [OMN-9267] Camunda Engine support should be enabled by default Camunda is enabled by default as workflow engine. This means that XWE is not enabled by default anymore. So the default property values are the following:

workflow.engine.xwe.enabled=false
workflow.engine.camunda.enabled=true

Migration Steps

Administrators or Configurators have to ensure that the corresponding values are set. So if XWE is used, the properties must be adapted.
