Missing character when translating into French with Google Translate - support format param [OW-778]

With ticket [OW-778] Missing character when translating into French with Google Translate - support format param we introduced a new feature. But it changes previous behavior of Google Translation:

By default, Google seemed to use "html" in the past (the only provider who did this). We changed that now to "text". This means by default Google now also translates XML/HTML tags.

For example: <caption>caption</caption> will now be translated to <Beschriftung>Beschriftung</Beschriftung> by default.

Previously it was <caption>Beschriftung</caption>
