OMN now supports further formats and also writing/reading XMP data [OMN-6289,OR-775]

With 5.12 OMN supports further file formats like HEIC, DNG, WebP etc. (cp. OMN-6289 Newly supported formats that are supported by Image Magick).

We also adapted our DTSXMP tool to be able to write/read XMP data to/from further formats (cp. OR-775 Editing xmp data is not enabled on all filetypes).
