Version tab is disabled for object storage [OUCC-839]

The 'Versioning' tab in volume configuration has been introduced in OUCC-584 System Configuration - Storage Administration - Volume - Versioning.

With OMN 5.12 we introduced the support of object storage as an alternative to the generic file system. Especially to make OMN cloud-ready. But Versioning is not yet implemented for object storage (cp. OMN-10160 Object Storage Support - Versioning). That is why the 'Versioning' tab is disabled and therefore not selectable (cp. OUCC-839 System Configuration - Storage Administration - Volume - Versioning - Disable tab for Object storage servers) .
