Custom ordering of workflow human functions now supported in templates [OW-780]

With OW-780 Adapt template script to support orderIds and OW-731 Add Order information for human functions the order information for human functions are supported which enables to display human functions of a task in the workflow views (WFLStatus, WFLToDo,…​.) in a specific order.

The templates are adapted to make this feature available there.
