Integration

DAM (Digital Asset Management)

CM (Channel Management)

    • Enhancement of userbased settings for ProjectProduct Center view

    • Possibility to see the related nested row for new created PEO in ProjectProductView expanded automatically in hierarchy mode

    • Performance improvements for loading large amount of data

    • Enhanced operators for filtering in string column

    • New dirty check modal in case if the user applied a sorting on a specific quick filter Level

    • Small Improvement in Deletion modal

Annotationtool and Annotation-Repository

  • Possibility to mark an annotation as resolved in Annotationtool

  • Display of resolved state in Annotation Widget and Annotation Repository

  • Possibility to manage and edit custom annotation attributes in Annotationtool

  • Improved Display of Annotation types in Annotationtool comment view and Annotation Widget

  • Improvement for display of labels in relation to dark/white mode editor theme

  • Annotationtool PDF Export supports now new Annotation types, resolved state and Annotation Color

Metadata Translation and Terminology

  • Introduction of a new column for glossary name in the glossary table

  • Improvement in Terminology plugin by additional entry type column in center

  • Tooltip introduction to be informed about previously prepared translations for terms and sentences in Metadata Translation Plugin

  • Introduction of a new table-based views called Glossary Overview which allows to execute workflow functions on glossary objects and Display custom Attributes

  • Support starting camunda workflows on glossary object (new type glossary is introduced)

    • See new available workflows for glossary items under DeepL Terminology Export

  • New export function in Terminology Plugin to export Terms of selected glossary to a file

AI Translate

  • Introduction of a new optional Parameter for Translation language for DeepL AI Translation

  • Possibility to optionally use a DeepL Glossary in AI Translation

    • Precondition is the use of OMN Terminology Plugin with managed Terms and new DeepL Export workflow allowing to export the Terms of an OMN glossary to DeepL glossary

AI Tagging

  • AI Tagging allows now to send a low-Quality preview to Google Custom Vision Service

DeepL Terminology Export

  • New AI DeepL Glossary Export Workflow to export an OMN Glossary to DeepL Glossary

  • New AI DeepL Glossary Deletion Workflow to delete an exported OMN Glossary from DeepL Glossary repository

Camunda

  • Possibility to add new possible values which are related for workflow execution over UI Administration Plugin

  • Improvement for asset preview of an asset-related camunda workflow

  • Possibility to see configured custom icons for workflow transitions (defined in workflow Definition)

Dashboard

  • Improvement when removing a configured Dashboard

Web-to-Print

  • Saved OMN Searches are now supported with Web2Print Preparing and DocEdit module (Integration of OMN Search based on Elastic Search)

  • New function for detecting missing Fonts in an InDesign document

  • Web2Print CK Editor now supports working with bullet Points

  • Small Improvement in Preparing module

  • Improvement in DocEdit to show TextBox Content with latest changes for master box done in Preparing on the canvas of DocEdit when Opening

Usermanagement

  • Small Display improvements in user management

Configclient (new HTML 5 based Configclient)

  • New UI components designed specifically for use in the Configclient such as tree, sidebar, dropdowns, extended breadcrumb menu and many more

  • Transfer and restructuring of configuration in the context of an OMN mandator (Global settings, Login-related configurations, Language settings)

  • Creation and deletion of plugin instances with new config client for supported plugins

  • New area in ConfigClient for managing data settings and Attributes

    • Support of Glossary (Custom) Attributes

    • Support of Annotation (Custom) Attributes

      • NOTE: The configuration of the AnnotationTool plugin will be supported in the next version via the new ConfigClient.

    • Reference Management configuration is now located under new section data Settings

  • Adoption and restructuring of the Terminology page plugin with extended configuration Options

    • Introduction of a new entity for Glossary

    • Configuration possibility of custom attributes with localization possibility

    • Configuration possibility of further table-based views with the possibility to execute certain functions on glossaries e.g. a workflow process

There is a transition phase over several future releases, in which the new ConfigClient and the old one is operated in parallel. Configuration will be migrated step by step to the new ConfigClient, which is now part of the frontend user UI.
