EAI offers comprehensive possibilities to export or import various data from the OMN. XML, CSV and JSON are supported as export formats.

In the OMN, the user can activate EAI and select which object types are to be exported as XML to an FTP server in a full export: Classifications, attribute definitions, products, tags, projects, PEOs and templates. The XML files are exported to any FTP server provided by apollon or by the customer.

The import of processed export data via XML takes place analog to the export. Here, the data to be imported is stored in a separate FTP folder, for example. The import in the direction of OMN is then carried out automatically (in the background). In addition to the FTP variant, it is also possible to execute the import/export via hot folders within OMN or via web service calls by external components.
