UI Administration
Purpose of the Plugin
The UI Administration plugin is an administrative view, which allows the user to see workflow configuration (function plugin) related meta information and workflow settings in the user interface (UI).
Access the Plugin via
Mandators → <Mandator name> → Page plugins → UiAdministration
| Since version 5.12., the configuration of the UI Administration can be done in the new Configuration Client. |
Possible Usage of the Plugin
The UI Administration Plugin only supports Camunda Workflows.
Workflows on base of the old workflow engine XWE are not supported.
The plugin can be used as follows:

Sidebar menu of the Frontend (see sidebar configuration)
Preconditions

The plugin must be configured as a sidebar item

At least one WorkflowConfig Plugin must be configured, otherwise the UI Administration will be empty

The Workflow Plugin configuration needs to have at least one parameter with read and/or write option
General Configuration
The Page plugin does not contain any configuration parameters yet.
Right now it is not possible to define which Camunda Workflow (available in the system and configured by WorkflowConfig Plugin instances) will be shown in the UI Administration Frontend.
This will be extended in the future.
