the following preconditions are met

Preconditions

Server based on Red Hat Linux (license not included in the product) with the following activated and accessible repositories
- RHEL server
- RHEL Server (optional)
- EPEL
The OMN license server can be accessed (OMN license server)
Configured LDAP server
- Binding users is not supported
- Root access required
Docker and Docker-Compose are installed (e.g. required for the HTML5 UI, OMN Search and Camaunda Workflow Engine)
Java 8
- If you have installed more than one Java VM, please make sure that your system is configured to use Java> = 1.8 (for RH use: alternatives --config java).
- If your system configuration refers to an older Java version, the RPM installation will fail.
The database system is available and ready for operation get supported:
- PostgreSQL 15
- Oracle 19c
- MSSQL version 2016 or 2017
A backup solution must be available that enables consistent data backup and data recovery from (virtual) servers & Oracle or MS SQL databases
With virtualization, a professional & established virtualization solution is required as virtualization software (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
File server:
- File server for the OMN data pools. The recommended release is NFS (v3 or v4) or CIFS.
- If you want to work directly on the OMN data pools, HELIOS is required instead (not included in OMN)
