Preserve metadata |
The ‘Preserve metadata’ toggle allows to define if metadata will be preserved or not. In case the toggle is switched on, the metadata on the object storage (stored as key and value pairs) will be kept. This means that XMP modifications within the file will not overwrite this storage specific metadata. In case the toggle is switched off, the XMP file modifications, made within OMN system, will overwrite the object storage related metadata. |
