Scheduled Actions

For configuring an automatic process on files based on specific rules.

Access the configuration via Mandators → <Mandator name> → Application modules → MAM → Scheduled Actions

Here you can see how the configuration of Scheduled Actions functionality looks like:

Field	Description	Notice
Activate Scheduled Actions at Execution Time (HH:MM:SS)	>> Activate the checkbox to activate the scheduled actions >> Enter the time at which the action shall be executed once a day
Rules for File Deletions	For adding a rule with the following configuration possibilities. For enabling or disabling rules.
Rule	Name of the rule
Rule Types	The following rule types can be configured: Delete File: Files are deleted from the system Replace File with Dummy (Path): The deleted original file will be replaced with a dummy file from the specified path. Script: Possibility to specify another process based on Javascript.
Object types	For choosing the object type for which the rule shall apply
