Here is a summary of the main options you can use:

  • If you have an Online Media Net support contract with us, you can submit your issue in the form of a ticket at the so-called service-desk (you will receive the link from your personal apollon account manager). Your issue will then be handled according to the agreed SLA.

  • If you don’t have a support contract and also don’t have access to the service desk, you can contact us via the general contact options by email or phone.
    We will answer you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
    Please include your name, your request and the Online Media Net version you are using in your e-mail.

  • For concerns in the context of the Online Media Net CI HUB Connector a special CI HUB Support Form is available.

It is planned to provide a contact option directly from the help area of the application (Online Media Net Accelerator) in the future.
