Selector Editor
Purpose of the plugin
The Selector Editor is used together with the Selector module to pre-select products for export and thus limit the export.
Introduction
In the Selector Editor, export restrictions are used to make a specific selection of products, articles and variants, i.e. only these will be taken into account later in the export.
Among other things, the classification from which the products are to be taken must be specified, whereby it is possible to set whether only certain nodes are to be considered.
Later, only Export Profiles and Selectors with the same classification basis can be linked together.
It is also possible to specify which product levels (P/A/V) are to be taken into account.
Attribute filters can additionally be set to reduce the number of products, for example to only use products that have a certain value (e.g. article number).
The result is a product overview or list for export, which displays a specific selection of products, articles and variants.
Prerequisites and relations to other modules
The Selector Editor is closely interwoven with the Selector module. No export can be created without a selector edited in the editor.
Selectors must necessarily be linked to an Export Profile in the Collective Jobs in order to be able to perform an export.
How to access
The Selector Editor can only be opened via a function in the Selector module.
